This article reads like an advertisement for what appears to be a rather small obscure website. Its only reliable source is a single Vice article remarking on its creation back in 2017, the other cited sources are from the website itself. I tried searching for other sources but found nothing, so it apparently doesn't meet the notability criteria of being covered by multiple, independent reliable sources.
