Comment - I proposed the article for deletion because he had never played in a league higher than the second level of Swiss football (Challenge League). However, I found that he did play in the second round of the 2007–08 Swiss Cup against Super League club FC Thun. Would that be sufficient to pass WP:ATHLETE? Given that the Swiss Football Association has retracted his profile, and there is no other source to support its contents, I think its safe to assume that the data it provided was not accurate.
