This has been tagged for notability problems since April 2013, and only has one link to it to in the English Wikipedia (there is no Japanese Wikipedia article). None of the existing refs are third-party significant RS's, and searches of the net in both English and Japanese find nothing better. At best, I found this, but it seems to be a blog in the end.
