I can find no reliable sources that attest to this person's notability. Web searches in both Japanese and English find the name contained only in long lists or in Wikipedia mirrors (the Japanese Wikipedia article was created by the same user). There are no independent articles on this person. The Wikipedia article states the artist is a member of Nihon Bijutsuin, but the member list on that website does not even contain this name.
