Article creator contested PROD. Essay-like article that has Wikipedia and primary sources as its references. Material appears promotional in some areas. On the whole, nothing in this article that couldn't be contained in the Pembrokeshire, and most of the content would be difficult to merge in a way that is acceptable within our policies. Delete or, if the original author wants, move to a sandbox to improve considerably. At present I've really no idea what "SustainablePembrokeshire" is - the article is essaylike and more a general ramble about sustainability (in the loosest sense of the word) and sustainable initiatives in the county. I can see numerous mentions online over a long period about Sustainable Pembrokeshire grants being handed out, but that's it. My preference at the moment would be to WP:BLOWITUP.
