Delete. This looks to be a fairly recently announced fan project, at least according to their blog. There just isn't anything out there to show that this is particularly noteworthy enough to have its own article. I don't even see where it would merit a mention on the main JP page either. This might become notable in the future- sometimes fan projects do gain that amount of attention, after all. However we can't guarantee this, as it's far more common that they won't, and we can't keep the article unless it meets notability guidelines in the here and now. I don't have any true issue with userfication, but I think it'll be a while before this gains notability as far as Wikipedia is concerned. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:04, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
