Even though I've performed some work in this article, I am starting to consider that it falls under WP:NOTNEWS and was only notable as news. The IP comment on the article talk page reminded me that the article exists, and that the news story seems to be closed. This appears to be one of those bright and exciting events that burned into oblivion almost at once as a bit of a non event. I wish to nominate it in a neutral manner since I am a contributor, and to let others decide. Fiddle Faddle 11:30, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
