Non-notable newspaper column with a charming title. Amazingly, it had zero hits at the Internet Archive, and all the Google hits appear to be WP mirrors. I was prepared to call it a hoax but it does appear in one of the ELs ([1]). (Incidentally, I have never seen an article with this many tags.)
