Entirely in-universe, not a single drop of notability, verifiability or significant coverage in reliable, secondary sources. This page is purely original research from people playing the games and reads like a fan page, of little use to someone who hasn't played the games, as a result. Other Half-Life characters and organisations may be equally messy, but they have a chance of being properly cleaned up. This doesn't, and should be deleted.
