Comment. The article makes some claims that may be relevant to WP:PROF: "Ibrahimov is a corresponding member of ANAS. and Honored Teacher of the Republic of Azerbaijan" Being Vice-Rector isn't enough by itself. Eastmain (talk • contribs) 23:24, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
