• Keep " chairman of the Federal Trade Commission" is clearly an assertion of notability so speedy deletion A7 doesn't apply. Some of the text does come from the ftc.gov website, but as a work of the US government, that is not copyrightable. Subject meets WP:BIO and Wikipedia should have an article on him. • Speedy keep as an invalid nomination. It would have been impossible for the nominator to go through the correct pre-nomination procedure in the minute between article creation and nomination.
