Delete - the notability criteria for albums makes clear promo-only versions are generally not notable, and articles that are litle more than a track listing may be appropriately merged if possible. This promo version scored an arguably notable chart hit in February 1988, but all other references to it are in the context of the main You Can Dance album which was released on the same day.
