I prodded it with the following rationale: "The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar." It was deprodded by User:Andrew Davidson with no meaningful rationale, so here we go as usual. As for the subject, they are a recurring Batman supervillain just like Joker, Penguin and the rest, for which we have articles and a comprehensive list. They attract attention and get coverage in a similar way – see here or there, for example.
As there are sensible alternatives to deletion, that policy applies: "If editing can improve the page, this should be done rather than deleting the page."
