Patent nonsense would be "fgsdfgsdgtperogmaklsdmfg". This is a hoax, not nonsense... and therefore does not meet that particular speedy criterion (see WP:NONSENSE). Violations of WP:NOT are expressively not suitable for speedy deletion.
