I think some duplication of effort could be avoided if this task is approved. This bot is ready to go, and a bit of extra logic would need to be added to AnomieBOT to process the different cases described above. I was going to ask you to run another quick trial for a few articles where ((WikiProject Europe)) was not removed, but then I ran a category intersection and it seems Talk:Illyrian deciduous forests is the only one (or else my category lister broke).
