Every 10 minutes seems somewhat excessive. Right now its only updated every few days. Mr.Z-man 20:45, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is it checks every ten minutes to see if anything has been updated, it it has the list changes, if not it stays the same.  Atyndall93 | talk  09:48, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It still seems unnecessary, if they aren't expected to change every 10 minutes, there's no reason to check that often. If there's 14 checks it needs to do (13 categories and the page itself), it will do over 2,000 API queries every day and may not make a single edit. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem like such a time-critical page, checking every few hours seems like it would be sufficient. Mr.Z-man 15:03, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
