Like pages that aren't fully protected but are semi-protected, and have the fully protected tag? I'll give it a go. Also, the bot won't scan category:semi-protected as those are in that category because they have the templates on them already. Duh (My mistake). Hmmm, would it be possible to add the following to the talk page instead:
