Function details: Will tag articles that have been nominated with ((USnom)) and notify associated WikiProjects that the article has been nominated. When an article is selected as the collaboration of the month, the bot will update it's message on the WikiProjects talk page (or create a new section if the nomination message was archived etc). It's exclusion compliant if it is explicitly listed as a deny bot.
