Function Details: On Wikipedia:BN, there was discussion to have a bot update a list of the number of CHU/USURP/BRFA/RFA/RFBs. This will just post the list of those 5 into 1 template.

Nice start. I presume the output could include wikilinks, at least to the overall pages. It'd be neat if the specific open tasks were also wikilinked, but I guess that might be a problem if there were, say, 20 open tasks on one of those pages.
