All contributors with no history of copyright problems are welcome to contribute to clean up. Contributors who are the subject of a contributor copyright investigation are among contributors with a history of copyright problems and so are not welcome to contribute to clean up of their own or others' copyright violations.
If contributors have been shown to have a history of extensive copyright violation, it may be assumed without further evidence that all of their major contributions are copyright violations, and they may be removed indiscriminately in accordance with Wikipedia:Copyright violations. Contributors who are the subject of a contributor copyright investigation are among contributors who have been shown to have a history of extensive copyright violation and so all of the below listed contributions may be removed indiscriminately. However, to avoid collateral damage, efforts should be made when possible to verify infringement before removal.

Of the 39 articles to which he substantially contributed, I have found significant copyright infringement in the first four I looked at (including the one that was flagged). Two had been rev deleted before the CCI software was run. Two are listed for review or repair now. One tell may be in the contributor's level of English. He seems to have been quite good for conversational English but not professional, based on his limited conversations here. For example, he uses sentences like "Hope I respond your question!" and "(I am quite bussy to enter every day...I will try to continue my job this weekend)". He may have been operating in good faith, but has taken content from a swathe of copyrighted sources - from websites to print materials. I recommend his material be aggressively pruned given the rate of copying already seen and the divide between his conversational voice and his article voice. An additional concern is that he authored considerable content at the Spanish Wikipedia which may be translated and placed here. While these articles obviously won't be listed here, the material should ideally be checked to see if he had that bad habit on his home wiki as well. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:39, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
