Given your other two comments (fear that the police look like "bad guys" and subsequent defense of the police warning that "criminals will eat us alive,"), along with your deceptive reformatting of comments [1], I'm not willing to assume that this is a good-faith criticism of the photograph itself, as I am with Sca (who you copied word-for-word).
