• In accordance to Wikipedia Non-free Content Criterion 3a, I propose that this image be deleted and replaced with File:Millia macross tele.jpg. Both images have problems. However, I believe the problems of the latter (excessive size and lack a proper fair-use rationale) are easily resolved. On the other hand, the nominated image lacks "Acceptable Quality" which is required for Wikipedia's mission of delivering high-quality contents to the extent that applicable law allows.   • There is nothing wrong with the quality or fair-use rational of Sterling.JPG. (they are no different than those of other similar pictures.     • The nominated image is of low quality: JPEG artifacts are visible on it. I thought since one of the two images must be deleted (per NFCC 3a), we delete the lower quality one. Of course, there are other reasons too:
      1. Your image (the nominee) is uploaded on 2009 while File:Millia macross tele.jpg was on Wikipedia since 2006. Since your image is not much improvement over the other one, the other one gets to stay.
      2. I think it is just a logical expectation that if we are to have an article about a (fictional) military officer, that officer must naturally be seen in a military uniform, rather that in a swimsuit.
