The diagram is missing the hydrogen atoms. A space-filling chemical diagram such as this is misleading and useless, if it does not show the space filled by all the atoms. Leyo 10:39, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it is worth prioritizing the replacement of these images. They were probably just created in alphabetical order from Category:Alcohols. If you are going to create new space-filling diagrams, use your own judgment about which are the most important to start with. ChemNerd (talk) 13:38, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Structurally incorrect (doesn't match name, doesn't match reliable lit relating to page where used--see Talk:Benzylpenicilloyl polylysine), missing numerous stereochemical details. DMacks (talk) 20:49, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Already tagged as The image shows geminal bromine substitution rather than the vicinal substitution the is present in brominated vegetable oil. It also depicts a fatty acid, but vegetable oils are mostly glycerides. This is not an oil - it will be a solid. Seventeen carbons is unusual - I would suspect 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 to be natural - and the bromines more than likely to be 2 and on C9/C10.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:14, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
