I am the copyright holder of these football diagrams, and I did grant the public license upon uploading the images to Wikipedia. What else do I have to do to grant usage? Chartball —Preceding undated comment added 14:13, 9 February 2012 (UTC).[reply]

Screenshot from a TV show, used to support an account of a particular incident on the show. Fails NFCC#8, because the nature of the incident can be (and is) easily conveyed in words and is not in need of illustration to be understood. Fut.Perf. ☼ 08:08, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free headshot of a TV presenter in a show. Fails NFCC#8+1: replaceable with a free image as far as showing what the person looks like is concerned, and fails to contribute significantly towards understanding the show. Fut.Perf. ☼ 08:12, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unlikely that it is an work by the uploader as claimed. The date is definitively incorrect. The image might be kept after correcting license, date, etc. Leyo 08:37, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fails WP:NFCC criterion 3b: the resolution is too high. User:112.198.83.168 keeps reverting my attempts to add ((fair use reduce)) so it appears not to be possible to make this image comply with criterion 3b. The article might also have too many non-free images already. Stefan2 (talk) 14:31, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free poster of a building under construction. Dubious FUR: article is not about the building, but about the organisation that it will house. Architectural detail of the planned building is not the topic of encyclopedic discussion; its overall nature, to the extent that it is actually relevant to the article, can easily be covered by text alone (sourced description of its size, costs etc.). Not in need of visual illustration, hence fails NFCC#1+8. Fut.Perf. ☼ 15:42, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Less complex than edge logo, so "This image is believed to be non-free or possibly non-free in its home country, the United Kingdom." is dubious Bulwersator (talk) 22:15, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think that "This image is believed to be non-free or possibly non-free in its home country, the United Kingdom." is dubious and this image can be deleted as F8 Bulwersator (talk) 22:16, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This should either be deleted as unnecessary and orphaned (because of File:10-Hryvnia-1994-front.png) or kept as fair use. Per ((PD-UA-exempt)), it is not copyrighted in the source country, but since it was first published after 1989 (when the United States removed the copyright notice requirement), it might nevertheless be copyrighted in the United States. Special government provisions for copyrights do not necessarily apply internationally[1] and the United States does not apply the rule of the shorter term, so in my opinion the US copyright status on this work is unknown. I think that this file can be deleted. It says that it is not the same as the image on Commons, but that is only because of an edit war on Commons where people have been reverting between a high-resolution cut image and this low-resolution uncut image.
