The film screenshot fails WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8. The screenshot is being used in the plot section about the film and has a caption of "Kala Bhairava (Ram Charan) accepting the challenge by Sher Khan (Srihari) at Bhairavakona while Mithravinda (Kajal Aggarwal) looks on" which matches up with "They arrive shortly, and Sher Khan challenges Bhairava to battle his soldiers. Bhairava boldly accepts the challenge and kills a hundred soldiers, but is severely injured in the process." from the plot section. The screenshot is already replaced with words alone thereby failing WP:NFCC#1. The screenshot being located in the film's plot section goes against WP:FILMNFI in that "Since a film article's "Plot" section contains descriptive claims about the information found in the primary source (the film) and not information found in reliable sources regarding the film, the section is not considered critical commentary or discussion of film." even though the fair use rationale claims there is critical commentary. The fair use rationale shows that this image is being used for decorative purposes: "The plot section is quite long without images, a image would make it visually appealing." and "The Entire Plot section consisting of 4000 characters is without any images and looks quite odd. This will serve as a visual aid." The screenshot does nothing to increase the reader's understanding of the film and its exclusion is not detrimental to the understanding of the film, thereby failing WP:NFCC#8. The historical value is obvious given the massive coverage both nationally and internationally, the policing ramifications in the aftermath, and the debated it triggered. This particular photo (as opposed to any other photo of Brown) is not of strong historical value or identification, but A photo of Brown is of value, and the NFCC criteria are met.
