According to the page on this, it is complete and soon to open. A free image could be taken. I can see a number of online images that back up this assertion. Peripitus (Talk) 08:41, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot fathom what seeing this copyrighted image of a 7" adds to reader's understanding. Appears purely illustrative, and used to fill in a hole in the infobox. This 7" looks pretty much like any of them. Fails WP:NFCC#8. Peripitus (Talk) 09:18, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - As stated in the Fair Use Rationale, the image is "to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the work in question," as appropriate for singles and albums in general. While the general appearance is similar to other single labels, the specific information and image of this label is specific to identifying the single in question. And this is what a record buyer would have seen at the time, as the single would have ben sold (in the US at least) in a generic sleeve with a hole so that this label could show. - Keep - You do not understand how CD/single covers and their copyrights work, please cease on making these mistakes. STATic message me! 03:00, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A non-free image of a CD. The copyright for this poor image belongs to the person who uplooaded it to the original website. There is nothing copyrightable in what is depicted but the image itself is copyrighted and could be replaced with a free one. Peripitus (Talk) 21:55, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep It is the only image available online of the single CD cover. The assertion that it could be replaced with a free image is ridiculous as images of Album/Single/DVD/Video game covers are never free, they are fair-use as well. STATic message me! 22:33, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I would think that if nothing else the company logo on the image would make it non-free, and thus it could not be replaced by a free image. Rlendog (talk) 23:33, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- The logo is likely ((PD-text)). Why cannot someone buy this CD and take a free photo. I think the copyrightable elements in this are trivial and de minimus - Peripitus (Talk) 02:21, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- Even at that, the image would still not be free as it is still copyrighted by the label, but if you do not understand that you should not be nominating any fair-use image for deletion. Under your arguement anyone can just take a picture of a CD/DVD/Video game and it immediately becomes free, when that could not be any farther from the truth. You can think how "trivial and de minimus" all you want, but it is the minimalism that is the artistic expression. Another thing I would not expect you to understand.
