I previously nominated this image for deletion because I thought it was merely unnecessary. After it was deleted, I requested undeletion because I previously regretted deletion. When I thorough researched the album, In My Tribe, I realized that the other infobox image was of the original CD that had omitted song, "Peace Train". Here is proof: [1][2][3]. This realization would make the vinyl front cover no longer necessary, especially in light of discussions about extra front covers of albums and singles. no reason provided that the uploader is the copyright holder. i inquired a month ago of the uploader at User_talk:83d40m#File:Clare_Potter_83d40m_fgi_founder_1939.jpg and his response was very vague. he said, "[This] file records indicates quite clearly that the photograph was inherited. Why would you ask me to divulge information that would expose my identity? The status of [ File:Clare Potter 83d40m fgi founder 1939.jpg ] is a similar situation, with the photograph being an autographed promotional photograph (distributed and published widely) given to the person who gave it to me." it is clear from this and other discussions that the uploader does not understand that just because he has a copy of the photo, he does not necessarily own the copyright.
