Comprehensive edits analysis
Filipz123 is a disruptive user who began editing in early 2016 and was quickly blocked for edit-warring over member articles of Category:Croatian inventions and using improper sources. They were discovered to be abusing multiple accounts shortly afterwards to continue pushing their nationalistic POV spree. After more than 60 SPI reports and more than 700 pages vandalized, Filipz123 was formally site banned in November 2016.
In June 2016 and again in December 2016 they sent messages threatening violence to at least one user outside of Wikipedia, through Facebook Messenger and other web applications. Some of these messages were sent immediately before Filipz123 created a ban appeal on his talk page.
Despite indefinite protection on several pages and the formal ban, Filipz123 continues to actively disrupt pages related to inventions and discoveries.

Habitual behavior
A new account or an IP in one of the frequented ranges edits an article about a product or invention, often citing a Croatian-language source such as Hrvatska Enciklopedija, and often one which a cursory reading will show does not support Filipz123's edit. A very common recurring theme to Filipz123's disruption is his extremely broad and unusual interpretation of "invention" which he uses to justify adding unusual pages to the invention lists, especially at List of Serbian inventions and discoveries. Often they will restore revisions of the list which were edited by older sockpuppets and related IPs. When they are reverted they will often revert the revert, with an edit summary claiming vandalism, bullying, race-baiting, fascism, a vast pro-Caucasian or anti-Balkan conspiracy (e.g. [1]), or simple personal attacks. This set of edits is typical.
Abuse filter 790 prevents some of their common category-based disruption.
