Delete Narrow subject portal (failing the WP:POG guideline on that count) that was abandoned shortly after the page, along with a singe example to populate each section, was created. There are now probably more than 11 >stub articles related to gangs, but no way to know from this portal, since the portal's article importance/quality grid has not been updated in a decade.
