Keep and move to draft, and then probably move to mainspace. This has a reference showing notability as architecture, tho it need more precision. Weak Delete - The draft says that this building was the home of famous people, such as Michael Connelly. But I believe that alone doesn't pass WP:GNG. I can confirm that this is referenced in the cited reference at p.507 but I don't have access to it. Keep. This is a good draft idea. Nice enough looking building http://200centralparksouth.com/ Easily improvable to fit amongst much to be found under Category:Lists of buildings and structures in New York. Possibly extreme systematic bias here, low standards for things in big American cities, but bias is not best countered by deleting the plentiful. List of buildings and structures on Broadway in Manhattan indicates a serious effort for complete coverage of this sort of thing. A 1965 building, that's not heritag is it? It is no Albertus Van Loon House but is already a lot better than Edward Serlin House. It compares well with 195 Broadway. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 05:31, 16 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
