Not an active editor's page: Only edits were in April and May (and mostly to this page and to uploading self-portrait) -- and to remove the Prod tag place on the page yesterday. WP is not a free webhost and user pages are not a way to skirt notability requirements for mainspace articles. --Calton | Talk 07:18, 4 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

IMHO, the issue not so much the dearth of constructive edits as the apparent use of Wikipedia as a free web host or advertising. The content really needs to be more in line with guidelines. Maybe if the contributor demonstrates some constructive editing the community would feel better about granting greater leeway in the future.
