This has been sitting around in WP:AFC for a while, going nowhere. My view is that it is an entirely non notable intersection and will never be acceptable. Thus we may as well save the drip feed of disappointment by disappointing the creating editor in one go. This is not yet another list vs category discussion. It just plain fails to be notable.
