Looks like a screenshot of Rozen Maiden; The character itself isn't free either way.
Not sure how to do this. (If I screwed up, I'd appreciate if you could fix it rather than contacting me. I likely won't have this IP again within a day or so) 209.90.135.31 (talk) 03:35, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
corporate logo - no source - if legit uploader would not be (c) holder, if not legit, no need for user-created art here Skier Dude (talk) 03:54, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

License tag claims PD, contrary to the description which indicates it to be by permission to Wikipedia only. I am unable to check the source as I do not read Swahili. AJCham 08:25, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This appears to be a screenshot from a TV show. The person who uploaded it only made two edits to Wikipedia – uploading the image and adding it to the article – in 2007 so probably didn't know about proper licencing of screenshots. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 10:19, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The result of the debate was: Erroneous Nomination. When following the listing instructions (step 2), you need to replace "Image_name.ext
" with the actual name of the file. You'll also want to put your reason for deletion just after "reason=
". Feel free to just replace this entire section with the corrected template. If you are still having trouble, ask for help at WT:PUF or at my talk page. AnomieBOT⚡ 16:16, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
reason Alanthom81 (talk) 16:02, 23 October 2009 (UTC) I'm the photographer who made this picture of the late Allan Schaiberg. I made it in Brattleboro, VT, on 14 July 2007. I am happy to have it appear here on Wikipedia and have attached a Creative Commons license. I have been in direct email contact with DASonnenfeld, who originally uploaded the photograph, and as proof that I made the photo I sent him another photo from the same shoot. I can be contacted through my website, http://www.alan-thomas.com. I am new to the protocols for uploading and crediting images on Wikipedia and welcome instructions if there's anything more I need to do.[reply]

The Finnish Defence Forces press release photos are not free, which has been repeatedly noted at commons. See Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/Template:FinnishDefenceForces and Commons:Commons:Deletion_requests/FDF_press_release_photos. Thus, even this picture is unfree. There is an ample variety of free alternative photos, so not even fair use applies. MPorciusCato (talk) 19:58, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
