The result of the discussion was: 'Deleted - Asking how to license a file under the GFDL is not the same as saying, "I, the copyright holder of this work, hereby grant the permission to [blah blah blah] ... ." If I go into the furniture store and see a couch I want, I might ask the salesman, "will you take a check?", or, "how soon would you be able to deliver?"
