53 redirects are listed in the "Redirect" and "User" columns of the table above. All of the redirects are cross-namespace redirects into the "Wikipedia:" namespace. All of them were created as the result of pagemoves from article-space to userspace to project-space. None of them are plausible search terms (the titles are exceedingly long). I strongly doubt anyone would search for a list of people in the DCB whose last names begin with a specific letter (and thus, I don't think they ought to be retargeted anywhere). The article-space redirects may also be confusing and prompt a new user to create a directory-like list.

Given that a pagemove constitutes useful edit history, I have copied the move histories of all 53 articles to the talk pages of their targets (see the column "GFDL" for confirmation). Given this, deleting the redirects should be permissible per the GFDL. I am now bringing all 53 to RFD so that they may be discussed and deleted. -- Black Falcon 00:56, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

One additional point: I intend to go through and disambiguate all significant links to these redirects, so deleting them will not create any broken links. Most have no incoming links except from this discussion, the pagemove histories that I added, and database dumps of cross-namespace redirects.
