Delete. The target is not a disambiguation page, which makes this redirect confusing for the reader. There used to be a dab page under the title, but it was replaced with a hatnote in the Surigao article that points directly to the two other articles. • Delete - though I usually support such retargeting, I don't find this to be helpful. There is simply nothing about the largest, biggest, tallest etc mountain in South Africa , or really anything relevant to the redirect in the target.
