P.S.: obviously on English wikipedia there is no need for Will Clinton or Ed Heath; creating Deng Xiao would be a bad idea (as well as creation of this redirect was), but if it existed, I would !vote keep or disambiguate depending on actual article titles I would find – asian names are tricky topic for most non-asian people.
