Not mentioned in the target, nor in any other article. Google results suggest there are a variety of meanings, none of which seem to have very much to do with trivialism. – Arms & Hearts (talk) 23:04, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was soft delete. If somebody thinks a better target exists (or if nominator now feels strongly about the proposed retarget / dab) they may create a new redirect or dab at this title. Deryck C. 15:06, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete or retarget to Unified communications. Notice incorrect capitalization. Stumbled upon while attempting to fix ((Infobox software)) in article CommuniGate Pro. 84.250.17.211 (talk) 17:21, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Wikipedia:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle. -- Patar knight - chat/contributions 00:19, 4 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand why this redirect is necessary when WP:BRD exists as a redirect to Wikipedia:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle. It is a meaningless redirect. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:16, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was retarget to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Words to watch#Synonyms for said. Request unopposed. Deryck C. 15:04, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Proposing retarget to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Words to watch#Synonyms for said. The "explanationism" essay seems relatively obscure and this redirect for it is seldom used, and the guidance in the Wikipedia Manual of Style about being careful about using the word "explain" is important. I discovered this redirect when I wrote "WP:EXPLAIN" in an edit summary to provide the rationale for why I was replacing the word "explain" with "said", and then discovered that the link did not lead to where I thought it did. The redirect currently gets about one view every 4 days. From the time of creation of this redirect in 2006 until 2009, it led to a different place – what seems to now be WP:TALK#USE. The change of the redirect destination in 2009 to its current target coincided with the creation of the essay by the same user. That user exhibited problematic editing behavior and was blocked a dozen times starting in 2005, and was indef-blocked in 2015 following an ANI consensus. I'm not particularly fond of the essay, which is only 7 sentences long and in my opinion doesn't provide a lot of value. Someone else retargeted the redirect to a different place in September 2012 (Wikipedia:Editing policy#Be helpful: explain), but self-reverted the change a month later (and retired not long after that). I have added a hatnote to the destination essay to inform readers of the other three alternative interpretations. —BarrelProof (talk) 18:33, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The game is one of the many descendants inspired by Cookie Clicker, which is alluded to in one of the upgrade options in the game, which allows you to "open a portal to another universe full of Cookies, err... Crystal Meth". Paradoctor (talk) 13:12, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This redirects to NFL Network. But NFL GameDay (NFL Network show) also exists, and it would seem that that article should be at this title. Further, Sunday NFL Countdown used to be titled NFL GameDay... So maybe this should be converted to a WP:DABPAGE?... --IJBall (contribstalk) 16:18, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Thryduulf: I am asking permission for Indian Bull Terrier to be redirected to Gull Terr and because I don't know how to do redirects so if someone wants to do it on my behalf I would be most grateful. Dwanyewest (talk) 15:18, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There is no mention of a film by this name at the target, nor can I find any content about a film of this name post-dating Kunjali Marakkar (1967 film). If this and Kunjali Marakkar (2017 film) (nominated below) are deleted the the 1967 film should be moved over the Kunjali Marakkar (film) redirect. Thryduulf (talk) 11:11, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Adding the (2019 film) and (2020 film) redirects to this nomination. In addition to the above rationale, WP:CRYSTAL probably applies to these. Thryduulf (talk) 11:15, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Also, support move Kunjali Marakkar (1967 film) -> Kunjali Marakkar (film), for obvious reasons. Narky Blert (talk) 07:42, 29 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Narky Blert the move Kunjali Marakkar (1967 film) -> Kunjali Marakkar (film) is completed, as uncontroversial move over redirect.--DBigXray 08:48, 4 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think there's a good argument for either page being the target; the disambiguation page at Dilly is better. power~enwiki (π, ν) 00:23, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There might actually be enough info for an article about the marketing campaign... I don't know if it's appropriate to create a stub while this discussion is ongoing, but I'd be willing to write a stub if editors would prefer that over a redirect page. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:32, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to create an article about the campaign, I'm happy to speedy-close this (I assume it's permitted as nobody has !voted contrary). A hatnote can point to the poem if necessary. power~enwiki (π, ν) 00:36, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
