Encephalon (talk · contribs) – Encephalon has acquired over 3500 edits since August 2005. He was nominated for administratorship once before, but declined, citing lack of experience. At this point, I hope that he feels more experienced. Encephalon has been active in many factes of administrative duties already such as reverting vandalism, articles for deletion, Votes for Undeletion, and RC Patrol. He is extremely courteous, well-spoken, friendly, and intelligent. He also has demonstrated a tendency to go beneath the surface of various issues, and fully research his well-thought-out and cogent opinions.
