Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
A: Investigating potential 3RR violations, Removing vandalism, Partake in major discussion at Articles for Deletion and Other manually inducing tasks.
2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A: My best contribution would possibly be the template I created to show all the awards for the ANZ Championship, I feel it is my best due to the amount of time and effort taken to create it. It may be seen here: User:TheGRVOfLightning/sandbox
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: A few conflicts regarding some disputes, Usually I deal with it by discussing the matter on the user in questions talk page. In the future I will most likely deal with it in the same way as it has usually resolved conflicts.

  1. too soon hardly any Wikipedia space edits including only one visit to ANI shows that you are a committed contributor who has not yet been sucked into the hate pit that is a our noticeboard system.     @Spartaz: I do accept that I haven't often entered the Wikipedia Space, However it is mainly because I focus on improving articles however I will enter the noticeboard a large amount if I am approved as an administrator to do manually inducing tasks.
