This is clearly an editor with some experience, and has the same geographical interests as AlexBrownGarcia. I noted that Category:People from Shelton, Washington is described as "The following list shows some of the noble natives from Shelton, Washington" which although it doesn't prove anything isn't exactly what we want as a description.
