Conclusions

• I have blocked all the named accounts as they are quacking. As for the IPs, I have no doubt that they are all being used by the same person, or same group of people trying to push the same idea. That said, none of them have been active recently, with the most recent edit from April. As such, it is more than possible the IP addresses have been reassigned or are no longer used by the person in question and will remain unblocked.
