I suspect them to be a sock of HarveyTeenager based on the fact that they made edits regarding Elinor Wonders Why on the 2024 in American television page like so and so. When their previous EWW edit was reverted, they responded with, and I quote, "You leave Elinor Wonders Why where it should be! If it's getting season 2, it's a new season! That's why they have to do it in 2024!" It seems these kinds of edits are within HarveyTeenager's wheelhouse.
Edit: After this initial report, I found out that HarveyTeenager's socks also tend to edit Wikipedia articles to include fireworks. This account's username is a reference to that.
