Added a few additional accounts and an IP from the deleted history - the IP edit warred the deletion tag from the draft/article and is partially blocked by Aoidh, the other accounts persistently recreated the deleted draft/article with similar text. All but MuhdFajar24032024 are already globally locked for crosswiki spamming, so Redirect arrow Global lock(s) requested
