They seem to have a lot in common - including removing the PNG image from Angry Birds Epic and replacing it with an uncool JPG file. Kailash29792 (talk) 11:55, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

I would not necessarily call this a sock, but it is associated with a blocked user, and performs actions on behalf of him. Kailash29792 (talk) 15:48, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

121.1.18.239 (mentioned above) leads to UserMDI via same edits at Far Eastern University: [20] vs [21]. And also this edit [22] by the IP is the same behavior pattern of inserting that link and associated copyvio/spampromotion in several Philippines-related media articles as UserMDI. DMacks (talk) 16:32, 10 September 2014 (UTC)
Here's the PH-media site being promoted.
It involves a pile of 121.54.44.* and 121.1.18.* IPs. DMacks (talk) 16:41, 10 September 2014 (UTC)

I ran into a few ip editors that all seemed to edit the user pages of previously identified socks to say that they had retired, instead of being blocked. Might be worth checking to see if any new account have been created. Juno (talk) 02:35, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
The ip editors also seem to be related to the previous sockmaster Papajeckloy. Juno (talk) 03:08, 18 September 2014 (UTC)

I noticed something similar on 18 September, but fingered the wrong sockmaster. Same activity, likely the same perpetrator. Probably worth looking to make sure and check for any sleepers. Juno (talk) 05:41, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

I'm almost certain this is the same user -
With this sock he's not overtly edit warring yet, and has made innocuous edits elsewhere, but it's the same kid, imo, just too many things in common for it not to be. Begoon talk 06:20, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
Heh, and, true to form, in the "not attempting to hide" vein, there's this: [32] Begoon talk 14:10, 25 September 2014 (UTC)
Pretty sure this is the same guy. All 3 of these ips have been blocked for 24 hours by Materialscientist, but I wanted to see them archived here. It might be worth checking for sleepers. Juno (talk) 15:15, 26 September 2014 (UTC)

Judging from the edits done by both IP socks, he reverted edits from the talk pages related to Bryancyriel/Mamaluigi2 I previously reverted and posted bogus welcome pages to four new accounts that have no edits on them. The 119.94.247.108 IP also edited the Angry Birds (video game) talk page and he reverted all of the edits of his previously blocked IP socks, reinstating his version that tags the Andrea Brillantes article (1, 2). -WayKurat (talk) 16:06, 1 October 2014 (UTC) WayKurat (talk) 16:06, 1 October 2014 (UTC)

Per WP:DUCK. Although this user has not yet begin the "Angry Birds" wrath, the new user has a very striking similarity on how he created his user page. Check this and this one, the latter is User:Raffy Tulfo, a blocked sockpuppet of Mamaluigi2 just days ago. - WayKurat (talk) 16:17, 8 October 2014 (UTC)

Per WP:DUCK, this IS Mamaluigi2. Just weeks ago, a similarly named sockpuppet account has been reported here in SPI and was subsequently blocked (see User:Laila Chickadora). Also, Laila Chikadora's (no 'c') user page has striking similarities on other blocked Mamaluigi2 socks. - WayKurat (talk) 15:48, 3 November 2014 (UTC)

Per WP:DUCK, Bryancyriel/Mamaluigi2 starts naming his socks on Filipino catchphrases and now edits TV5 (Philippines) related articles. He started adding Facebook and Twitter links on TV5 shows using 121.96.218.170, then after I removed it, he used a different IP address (212.55.45.185, a proxy IP) reverted back his edits and even "welcoming" the first IP address (a Mamaluigi2 trait). After the proxy IP edits has been reverted, two new accounts (Walang Relasyon and Malintadong Pinoy) popped out and reverted back the links. And after those two have been tagged as Mamaluigi2 socks, this user popped out and added hoax info in the Rovio Entertainment article. After Reaksyon AGAD-AGAD was blocked, two new sockpuppets (I will take the one and DaMack's) reverts back the cuss post added by Reaksyon AGAD-AGAD on my talk page. 'Tis a duck based on edits to Rovio Entertainment - what this user did was similar, if not completely the same, as with the recently-blocked Mamaluigi socks' edits on the page. Blake Gripling (talk) 06:47, 9 November 2014 (UTC)

Clerk endorsed to confirm all accounts and to weed out any additionally created accounts. A checkuser may also help in determining if a range block is appropriate. Mike V • Talk 21:20, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
Danton's already blocked for vandalism, but as what his editing pattern can attest I'm listing the account here for the record.
Gusto ko maging Walang Kwenta (lit. "I want to be worthless") is pretty much a duck considering Luigi's habit of editing TV5-related articles. Blake Gripling (talk) 06:26, 12 November 2014 (UTC)

All of the accounts mentioned above is consistent with Mamaluigi2/Bryancyriel's editing habits: re-add his previously reverted edit on several TV5 show articles, in which he adds the "official" Facebook and Twitter pages of the shows, then adds curse words either directed to me or the previous editor on his edit summary. He's current tactic is to create a new username, edit one article, abandon it and create a new username. -WayKurat (talk) 00:42, 21 November 2014 (UTC) WayKurat (talk) 00:42, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
