Master was blocked previously for 1 week for edit-warring on Pegida (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). The named account sock has a name very similar to the original master. Now, all of a sudden, we have all these IP ducks quacking and tagging the article without talkpage discussion. As soon as I reverted Tim"DerTimotheus"Rice's unnecessary tagging of the article and the overly long and POV commentary in the "reason=" template field of the tags, brand new dynamic IPs started edit-warring adding unjustified tags to the article. The IPs geolocate in Kansas. After an idea by EvergreenFir I have opened this SPI per blatant WP:DUCK. Dr. K. 06:58, 3 July 2016 (UTC)

Technically indistinguishable, blocked and tagged. I do not recommend blocking either IP range because of collateral damage.
