All three accounts (the first two of which are blocked already) only edit (usually disruptively) two articles: Vladimir Putin and Warren National University. In the first article, one text all three want to add is "The methods used to suppress the opposition would be illegal in Western countries." Marktwain403 often used a version a week old to edit (thus destroying the work of manu other people, not necessarily opponents). The IP copy pasted a 100 note number without link into an edit to Putin, and the Arkansaschemist account inserted text about Samara at the end of a sourced paragraph, trying to use that source as a source for Samara and "illegal in the West" - though the Independent article does not mention Samara or illegality. I haven't studied the Warren University article so closely, but I have noticed that both Marktwain and Arkansaschemist want to add the word "diploma mill" to the article.
I have added 204.62.68.23 to the list. This looks like the same editor using a library computer. The last bunch of edits from this IP are again to these two articles and are putting text which looks familiar. (changed by Paul Pieniezny 13:42, 6 November 2007 (UTC) )
