Why have ((Pa)) when we have [[Pa]]? Magioladitis (talk) 12:29, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If the templates exist for common elements, they should exist for rare elements too, otherwise it will be very confusing for users to see some elements working and others not working. 174.112.206.60 (talk) 16:37, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Transclusion is not a significant impact on the servers, so this is not a valid reason to delete the template. See WP:PERF. 174.112.206.60 (talk) 15:12, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Also if you want to delete this template (which is a bad idea), the entire category Category:Chemical_element_symbol_templates should be group nominated to be deleted as the templates are identical, only for different elements. It makes no sense whatsoever for some elements to have templates and others not. Anyway I personally see no advantage whatsoever in deleting this template, and it would make entering certain chemical formulas harder. 174.112.206.60 (talk) 15:16, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Deleting this template will confuse new users who see articles using related templates for other elements, later attempt to use corresponding template for protactinium, and then it will not work and the user will be confused. 174.112.206.60 (talk) 15:25, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It is not for just boilerplate text, it can also be used to specify the atomic mass, ionization, and number of atoms. It is much more useful than the nominator seems to think it is. The only thing wrong with it currently is that the tfd notice breaks the template. 174.112.206.60 (talk) 15:19, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Unused and redundant to ((Phoenix Union High School District Template)). Magioladitis (talk) 12:26, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to "Phoenix Union High School District Template" - Honestly, I don't think we need a TfD entry for this. The redirect is needed, so that way "Phoenix Union High School District Template" and "G" do the same thing. WhisperToMe (talk) 22:01, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Useless template was created years ago, but is not linked to any articles. Also this television producer is notable for their own template like say a David E. Kelley or Joss Whedon. QuasyBoy 00:09, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
