The 45th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly.[3] Located in southern Wisconsin, the district comprises most of eastern Green County, as well as municipalities in western and southwestern Rock County, including the cities of Beloit and Evansville.[4] The seat is represented by Democrat Mark Spreitzer since January 2015.[5]

The 45th Assembly district is located within Wisconsin's 15th Senate district, along with the 43rd and 44th Assembly districts.[6]
