Don Randi (fødd 25. februar 1937 som Donald Schwartz) er ein USA-amerikansk klaverspelar, bandleiar og låtskrivar som var medlem av The Wrecking Crew.
I 1954 flytta han til Los Angeles og vart studiomusikar der.[1] Dei neste åra arbeidde han i eit platedistribusjonsselskap, der han vart inspirert av jazzmusikarar, særskild Horace Silver.[2]
Han byrja karrieren som pianist og klaverspelar i 1956 og fekk gradvis eit godt ry. Tidleg i 1960-åra var han musikar og arrangør for plateprodusenten Phil Spector og hans Wall of Sound. Han spelte piano på «These Boots Are Made For Walkin'» av Nancy Sinatra og på albumet hennar, i tillegg til at han turnerte med ho i fleire tiår. Han spelte på The Beach Boys sine «Good Vibrations» og «God Only Knows».[2] Ein kan høyre pianoet hans på Buffalo Springfield-songane «Expecting to Fly» og «Broken Arrow». Han hevda å ha spelt på over tre hundre hitsinglar, og arbeidde med Linda Ronstadt (cemablosoloen på «Sound of a Different Drum»), Quincy Jones, Cannonball Adderley, Herb Alpert, Sarah Vaughan, Lee Hazlewood og Frank Zappa.[2] Han spelte inn konsertalbum med jazzpiano som soloartist og som leiare av The Don Randi Trio med Leroy Vinnegar og Mel Lewis.[1] Randi skreiv filmmusikk i 1970-åra, mellom anna for Bloody Mama (1970), Up in the Cellar (1970), J.W. Coop (1972), Stacey (1973) og Santee (1973).
I 1970 opna han jazzklubben The Baked Potato i Studio City i California, og skipa Don Randi and Quest som husband. Bandet spelte inn over 15 album og vart nominert til Grammyprisen i 1980 for albumet New Baby.[2]
I 2008 vart Randi som medlem av The Wrecking Crew innlemma i Hollywood RockWalk.[3][4]
